What I'm Listening To These Days
I’ve been known to have a keen ear on the Next Big Thing (in regards to music). So, what am I listening to these days?
British band called Embrace – Like The Smiths/Morrissey
Another British band – Muse – very good stuff
Blue October – a Houston-based band (sounds like a modern-day Peter Gabriel with more aggressive rock element)
James Blunt – If you’re tired of David Gray
Panic At The Disco – when you’re feeling like jumping to multi-tempo music with a pseudo-melody
The Fray – An American band that can be respected (I have an affinity for British bands becaue they can rock and are quite under-rated/under-appreciated in the US)
Our Lady Peace’s new album – a tad bit different from their old stuff.Â
* And when I’m tired of it all, Pandora and Last.fm provides a refreshing glance of how much more there is out there to discover!
